When are the Christmas bundles sent out?
International Christmas bundles were sent out from the 25th November via International Priority mail and UK Christmas bundles were sent out from the 10th December via 2nd class mail.
When is the last post dates for delivery in time for Christmas?
We use the last post dates advised by Royal Mail and can be found here.
We will continue to send out orders past these dates but they are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas. If an order hasn’t arrived and it is a Christmas gift please let us know before these dates, otherwise these will be sent out as normal and will arrive after Christmas.
When is OKIDO closed over the holidays?
OKIDO offices and customer service will be closed on the following dates:
- 24th-27th December
- 1st-3rd January
We will respond to all customers as quickly as we can when we re-open after these dates.
How can I sign-up for an OKIDO Subscription?
Pick a subscription from our four regions UK, USA, EU and ROW depending on which country you want the magazine delivered – we deliver globally.
You’ll receive a copy of OKIDO every month for your chosen subscription length. Your first magazine will be sent out within 72 hours of your order unless you’ve chosen a future start date. Subsequent magazines are sent on the 1st of each month to arrive up to 7 days later.
Can I take out a subscription to send anywhere in the world?

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel your next renewal via your account here and if you want it cancelled sooner then get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do your subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes, our subscriptions auto-renew every 6, 12, or 24 months (depending on what you’ve chosen) from the date your subscription is activated. If you want to cancel your auto-renewal, you can do so via your account here.
How can I cancel my renewal?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We will send you notifications of your upcoming renewal at least 2 weeks before your renewal date (don’t forget to check your spam folder). If you want to cancel your auto-renewal before it is processed, you can do so via your account here.
My magazine hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Your first magazine will be sent out within 72 hours of your order unless you’ve chosen a future start date. Subsequent magazines are sent on the 1st of each month to arrive up to 7 days later. You will be sent a monthly email letting you know when your magazine has been sent out and when you should expect delivery.
If your magazine does not arrive by the delivery date given in the email, then please email email@example.com for a replacement.
What if I need to change any of my subscription details like the shipping address?
No problem! Just head to your account and enter the email address used to purchase the subscription. You will be emailed a one-time passcode (check your spam folder in case) to log in to your account. In your account, you can change all details associated with your subscription. What age group is OKIDO for?
OKIDO magazine is specifically designed with three to seven-year-olds in mind.

What post do you use to send out orders and the monthly magazine?
All orders are sent out within 72 hours of purchase (unless you have purchased a subscription with a future start date). UK orders are sent out via 2nd class post (48 hours delivery time) and international orders are sent out via international standard post (5-10 days).
Subsequent magazines are sent out in the first week of the month to arrive up to 7 days later.
My shop order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
If your order hasn’t reached you, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if we can figure out why and get a replacement order sent out.
What is your returns policy?
Items need to be in their original condition and returned within 28 days of receipt. To arrange a return or exchange please email email@example.com with your full name and order number, as well as the details of what you are returning/exchanging and why.
Unfortunately, returns sent to us without a note can’t be processed. For more information on returns, refunds and exchanges please see our terms and conditions.
How can I unsubscribe from receiving your marketing emails?
At the bottom of our marketing emails is a button ‘unsubscribe’ click this and follow the instructions given.
